Position: Head of IT  Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology
• Min. of 15 years of experience in Information Technology, with 8 years in engineering leadership
• Excellent technical leadership, people management, project management, analytical problem-solving, & troubleshooting skills
• Experienced in hiring & retaining engineering talents & building high performing teams
• Experienced in releasing & maintaining high-volume, production-grade, web & mobile applications in distributed environments
• Excellent understanding of various engineering processes: Agile, CI/CD, observability, automated testing, release, quality, on-call, incidents, knowledge sharing
• Good understanding & working knowledge of current IT trends & innovations: Cloud Computing, Robotic Process Automation
• Certification in the relevant IT frameworks: CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, PMBOK, TOGAF

 Job description:

• Provide strategic leadership to drive the design, realization, & operationalization of IT infrastructure & assets: Physical Data Center, Virtual Private Cloud on multiple Public Cloud environment, network & connectivity, as well as a wide range of client devices
• Up to date with the current & future levels of IT security, threats, vulnerabilities
• Supervising development of software solutions to support BAU activities, Cloud, Networking, & Server Administration
• Build operational IT budget
• Ensuring technology standards & best practices: security, scalability, availability, performance, monitoring process, SDLC, agility
• Supervise the management of vendors & suppliers providing IT products & services
