Job vacancy Head of Sales and Marketing

Job Description: 
- Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales 
and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objective
- Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple channels
- Participates in the recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing department, determining 
staffing levels for the department
- Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates
- Develops, manages, and monitors sales and marketing budgets
- Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and 
new market opportunities
- Lead, ommunicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve company objectives
- Drafts, reviews and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and 
systems of operations Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business or related field
- Fluent in English (oral, written, and presentation)
- More than 6 years of Sales and Marketing experience within Luxury Real Estate / 
Property Development industry, min 3 years in managerial level
- Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales
- Familiar with legal documentation related to sales and purchase of property and preparation of financial models and project budget #LI-JACID
