Job vacancy Project Manager with Business Analyst Experience

Responsibilities:

-     Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.

-     Analysing customer business process (AS-IS) and prepare solution idea (TO-BE) a proposal

-     Estimating implementation cost based on discussion with technical leader and superior

-     Prepare and monitor project timeline, prepare functional specification documents

and prepare testing scenario

Requirement:

-         Bachelor degree (S1) from any major, IT major is preferable

-         At least 3 years of working experience as Project Management function or Business Analyst in between experience or equivalent (from IT Solution company).

-         Office apps (word, excel, power point)

-         Have experience in programming will be advantage (any programing language).

-         Able to communicate actively in English both oral and written is a must, Japanese (will be an advantage)

-         Ability to understand customer business process and estimate development effort

-         Ability to put customer requirements on URS or Design Document

-         Ability to develop and monitor timeline, resources and budget

-         Excellent personality, positive attitude and open minded.

-         Willing to work in Jakarta area.
