Our client in FMCG industry is looking for Assistant Marketing Manager

Requirement:

  • S1 in marketing, business administration, management or related field
  • 3 years' experience in FMCG, specialize in new product  launch.
  • Experience in marketing (brand management), product management/development, digital marketing, marketing communication, trade marketing
  • Experience in budgeting and the product P&L
  • Able to communicate in English. 
  • Willling to work in Jakarta 
 

Job Description:

  • Assist in the planning, developing, and launching new products
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate the timeline for preparing product launches
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, production, SC, warehouse
  • Evaluate performance and impact marketing campaign
  • Manage consumer and trade promotions and marketing events
  • Analyze competitor performance and market trends
  • Work with market research
  • Control expenses within the allocated budget
