Job Description:

Responsible for driving sales across the group in partnership with sales and operations.
Strategize marketing goals and lead the team to plan toward targets.
Drive positive media coverage and external publicity through the development and execution of a communications plan to generate excitement and awareness for the Group’s four indoor playparks, and support communications for the Group.
Maintain press office duties for Group’s indoor playparks including drafting media releases, FAQs, presentations, and other publicity materials.
Liaise with the different teams across Group’s four indoor playparks to identify and support storytelling efforts and curate content and/or assets for owned and earned channels.
Build and cultivate media relations to enhance their understanding and support of the Group’s four indoor playparks.
Support in issues and crisis management communication, as well as stakeholder communications.
Support consultation on corporate communications guidelines to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Mass Communications / Journalism / Marketing
At least 6 years (Marketing Manager) of relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public relations.
Experience in managing complex narratives with a variety of audiences.
Keen understanding of multi-channel media landscape and news cycle with proven success in achieving earned media coverage. Knowledge of the regional media landscape is a plus.
Proven experience in content creation.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, and administration
Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to document requirements and processes.
Personable, with strong interpersonal skills, and able to work collaboratively with a wide variety of individuals.
Self-starter, self-motivated, able to balance multiple projects and deal with pressure.
Experience with mass email tools (such as MailChimp), HTML, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with FinalCut Pro, I Movie, or I Photo.
