Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred (at least 2-3 years).

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Provide recommendations for dining options, nearby attractions, and entertainment venues.
Arrange transportation services and coordinate luggage assistance as needed.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's offerings, promotions, and policies.
Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
