Maintenance Supervisor we are a leading manufacturer of automotive seat belts, dedicated to providing high-quality products that prioritize safety and reliability. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our mission of manufacturing seat belts that exceed industry standards.  Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and maximize uptime.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs, either through in-house resources or external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs, repair history, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment upgrades.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.

  Key Requirements

• Min Diploma degree from Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or a similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is desirable.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
