EV Business Development Main Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize potential business opportunities in the EV market, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, suppliers, government agencies, and industry associations.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Develop and execute business development strategies and action plans to meet revenue and market share targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and policies related to electric vehicles.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build a strong professional network.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential partners and clients.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record in business development, preferably in the electric vehicle industry or a related sector.
In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle market, including industry trends, players, and technological advancements.
Strong network of contacts in the automotive industry, including OEMs, suppliers, and government agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive informed business decisions.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
