Brief Job Description:
· Control the implementation of rules relating with Integrated Management system;
· Ensure compliance and implementation of company negotiation related General Affair properly;
· Ensure and manage well the performance of facility Management;
· Ensure that company business activities well supported by adequate facility;
· Budget spending control and PDCA improvement idea. General Requirement:
· Have a minimal Bachelor Degree, any major;
· Fluent English Communication, both oral and written;
· Have good internal and external communication skills;
· Have good sense of organizational improvement according to needs;
· Fast learning and adaptation. Specific Requirement:
· Have 5 years experience in the same field;
· Have good responsibility, sense of job priority and budget control management intern of company needs;
· Have good industrial relationship and good communication both internal and external parties;
· Have good job balancing and staff development among of field and administration job;
· Have knowledge of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health), 5S (Japanese method of organizing work areas).
