Location : Jakarta (Multinational Bank)  Job Description:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis for the bank's consumer banking products, including retail banking, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, and other consumer-focused financial offerings.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with business heads to develop budgets and financial forecasts for consumer banking products and monitor performance against targets.
• Financial Planning and Strategy: Support the development and execution of long-term financial plans and strategies for the consumer banking division, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Product and Pricing Analysis: Analyze consumer product profitability, pricing strategies, and recommend adjustments to enhance the bank's competitive position and maximize revenue.
• Business Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the financial performance of various consumer banking initiatives, identify areas of improvement, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement changes.
• Cost Management: Analyze and manage cost drivers within the consumer segment to ensure optimal allocation of resources and efficiency in operations.
• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal policies specific to consumer banking products. Assess financial risks associated with consumer banking activities and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Financial Modeling and Scenario Analysis: Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of market changes and strategic decisions on consumer banking operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with consumer banking teams, finance teams, and senior management to communicate financial insights, provide recommendations, and support strategic discussions

  Requirements:

• Education background in finance/accounting/economics/related field
• Relevant professional certifications may be preferred (eg., CFA, CPA)
• Several years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field within the banking (multinational) industry. Previous experience in retail banking is much preferred. 
• Strong understanding of of consumer banking products, services, and industry trends is essential
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term financial planning and business strategy specifically tailored to the consumer segment.
• Experience in leading teams and collaborating in a cross-functional environment, especially with consumer banking teams.
