Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
Significance Experience in drafting legal documents both in English and Indonesian
Hold Certified Advocate License will be advantage
Experience in handling factory related permit
Good drafting skills, good analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skill.

Job Description:

Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents
Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, dispute, legal actions, court proceedings).
Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with their business partners
Establish, review, and update internal policies, rule, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters.
Ensure the company's license and legality are updated and accordance to current regulations - - Preparing and reviewing Legal Agreements, NDA, making Legal Opinions regarding the latest employment provisions, and identify any potential risks and issues.
Compiling and summarizing Government laws, regulations, and managing Online System Submission (OSS), LKPM, Siinas, etc
