Plan shipment based on product availability and customer request.

Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Prepare shipment documents (like invoice, purchase orders and bills of lading).

Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.

Maintain update records of orders, suppliers and customers.

Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.

Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.

Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.

Requirements :

Experience 4 years of Logistic & Warehouse Manager is preferred

Work experience as a Logistic Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role.

Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline.

Good communication skills.

Proficient with Warehouse Systems.

Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
