Leadership and Team Development
• Lead by example to achieve collective objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Identify and cultivate the strengths and talents of team members, enabling their growth and potential.
• Communicate the company's vision, priorities, and benchmarks clearly to ensure alignment.
• Listen actively, provide constructive feedback, and engage in both one-on-one discussions and team meetings.
• Delegate effectively to inspire and motivate team members while maintaining oversight.
Recruitment and Training
• Recruit individuals suited for specific roles, aligning their skills with organizational needs.
• Collaborate with country-level training personnel to develop and implement training programs for duty managers.
• Facilitate training sessions for crew members alongside duty managers.
Operational Management
• Align operational strategies with business goals, actively contributing to budgeting and resource allocation with the general manager.
• Efficiently manage resource deployment, including shift scheduling, payroll validation, and procurement.
• Conduct quality assessments of customer experiences, proactively refining service standards based on insights.
• Address challenging customer scenarios and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction remains high.
• Uphold facility cleanliness standards, supervising both internal and outsourced teams.
Safety and Process Management
• Oversee safety protocols and procedures, verifying compliance through collaboration with on-duty crew members.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance operational processes and service offerings in partnership with the general manager. Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in leading a team.
• Experienced in operations deployment planning, training, people management.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, self – starter and dynamic
• Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously with the support of other business units.
