  • Responsible for legal and compliance matters
  • Manage office facilities and asset management 
  • Drafting and review agreement 
  • Handle legal dispute and litigation 
  • Manage regular corporate governance training and survey the awarness 
  • Develop and implement forecast as well as annual cost reduction
Requirement: 
  • Min. bachelor's degree in law 
  • Had min. 6-year experience handle legal and general affair
  • Hold PERADI license would be a plus 
  • Should have good leadership combined with problem solving thinking 
  • Able to speak English for business purpose 
  • Placement: South Jakarta
