Our client is a subsidiary company of one of Indonesia's top conglomerate companies, that operates in the automotive industry. You will take part in the development of the company's application, in order to help improve the customer experience.  Job Qualifications:

• Education Qualification: minimum S1 degree from reputable university from design, computer science or relevant field.
• +2 years of work experience as back-end developer in a developer company.
• Have prior experience in designing interface for a digital product that has been launched in the market.

  Competencies:

• Project management and leadership skills:
  • Mastering various testing techniques, such as functional testing, regression testing, and load testing to ensure the product or service meets the requirements is a must.
  • Familiar with php, React JS, API.
  • Familiar with mobile application framework.
  • Familiar with azure environment.
  • Familiar with Linux development environments 
• Soft skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Job Description:

• Responsible for planning and executing product or service testing to ensure its quality and safety.
• Monitor product performance.
• Continuously conduct trend analysis to identify problems and opportunities for improvement. 
• Able to take corrective action necessary to ensure products continue to meet established quality standards.
• Able to evaluate product or service risks and identify areas of need special attention. Able to work together with the development team to identify and reduce risks associated with products or services.
• Create documentation for the testing process, test results, and improvements required. This documentation is necessary to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Provide training and support to ensure that the development team understand and follow established testing procedures.
• Improve testing processes and encourage the use of new tools and technologies can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
