Jobdesk: 

  • Managing membership administration and overseeing the payment process, this role also involves organizing socialization and financial literacy programs for customers. Additionally, will be responsible for addressing customer input and complaints. also handle procurement for office supplies and services. Furthermore, this position involves developing business processes and systems for the Membership Division and regularly reviewing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government pension program regulations.
