Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee shipping arrangements, including vessel booking for cargo transportation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customs agents to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.
• Handle truck arrangements, optimizing routes, and managing logistics for land transportation.
• Track shipments, maintain inventory, and resolve any shipping- related issues or delays.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and services with vendors and carriers to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance purpose.

Requirements:

• Have proven experience in import/export operations, including vessel booking and logistics arrangements for a minimum of 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of import/export, documentation and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using logistic software and MS office.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
