Job vacancy Accounting Staff

One of our client, a Japanese Major Automotive Manufacturing Company is currently seeking for an outstanding Accounting Officer to join their ever-growing team. In this role you will be in charge of doing not only the accounting role, but also from the financial reporting, as well as the taxation.  Main Responsibilities  :  

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Ensure financial data integrity and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.
• Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Implement effective bookkeeping procedures to streamline financial processes.

  Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Having a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Accounting Staff, preferably in the similar industry or Japanese companies.
• Able to speak English for business matters.
• Familiar in using accounting software (SAP, Accurate, etc.)
• Willing to work in their office in Cikarang, West Java.
