Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Utilize findings to formulate effective strategies for market penetration and growth.
Spearhead the development and launch of new business units, ensuring successful implementation and integration within the existing organizational framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
Develop comprehensive business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior management to set realistic targets, establish key performance indicators, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with business initiatives.
Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's interests and ensure sustainable growth.
Identify and assess investment opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with financial analysts and senior management to make informed investment decisions.
Lead and support merger and acquisition activities, from initial identification of targets to due diligence and integration planning.
Work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, market research, and strategy implementation.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on achieving business objectives.
Previous experience in leading new business unit initiatives and managing complex projects.
In-depth knowledge of risk analysis, investment principles, and merger & acquisition processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proficiency in English at a business level.
