Job vacancy Project Engineer

Requirements:
• Process or mechanical engineering background
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project/mechanical/process engineer in E&P or engineering company
• Process simulation, flow assurance experience (such as Hysys, Orga etc.)
• Cost estimate experience for surface facilities
• Field operation experience as production/plant operator or maintenance engineer (preferable)
• HSE Knowledge and HAZOP experience (preferable)
• CFD modeling experience (preferable)
• Project management skill such as Stage Gate control, CTR (Cost Time Resources) document control, EVM (Earned Value Management) cost management, Primavera/MSP (Microsoft Project) schedule control, Risk analysis and Risk register, DQ (Decision Quality), DRA (Decision Risk Analysis) (preferable) Job Description:
• Join the meeting for existing project/new ventures /new technology and lead Q&A with stakeholders
• Review and summarize the technical documents related to facilities and project management.
• Evaluate the new venture's production facility from a plant design and integrity perspective
• Suggest a specific proposal to Management decision making for important milestones of existing projects such as Internal Decision Gates, Budget approval and FID
