Job description: Coordinate the activities for preparing the Industrial Area site plan.
Plan the design for the construction of area facilities (Working Drawings, RAB, and Tender Documents).
Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the construction of area facilities/facilities (Project Supervision).
Coordinate the processing of Industrial Area Permits (Environmental Gen:AMDAL, Waste Pertek, Flood PEIL), other AMDAL, PGB/IMB, Area Road Access Permit, 
 Requirement :Min bachelor's degree of Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10 years working experience as a Planning Development in Industrial area
Latest position min Assistant Manager Planning Development 
Good in Design and knowledge of detailing construction of building, facilities and M & E installations
Good knowledge with construction cost data and conditions of building contracts.
Strong strategical thinking and planning
Willing working Cilegon area
