Job vacancy Finance Supervisor

Our client is engaged in trading industry, a multinational company from Singapore. 
Job Responsibility:

• Input some transactions to internet banking
• Receive invoice from supplier all entities
• Create invoices based on the approval and colaborate with tax staff for issue tax invoice.
• Prepare Listing AP & AR aging.
• Journal Entry all finance transactions.
• Payment Recapitulation.
• Withdrawal all Regular store and official store platform Shopee, Lazada,Tokopedia, TikTok.
• Prepare Withdrawal Report summary and detail.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Fluent in English and good communication skills.
• Proven experience for minimum 3 years.
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
