Our client, who is a Japanese Premium Gym Business is seeking for the brightest individual to become an exceptional Personal Trainer in their ever-growing team. In this role you will be in charge of helping the Gym clients in planning and executing their fitness plan in their Gym in Jakarta.
 
Job Description:

• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels, health status, and goals.
• Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs, preferences, and goals.
• Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation to clients to help them stay committed to their fitness goals.
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed to ensure continued improvement.

 
 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experiences as Personal Trainer Gym
• Holding a Diploma/Bachelor’s, in the related field would be a plus.
• Healthy & Fit body proportion
• Strong Knowledge about training and fitness, Gym equipment usage, and Nutrition and Health for the clients.
• Having good communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Nutrition and Health
• Bright personality
