Job vacancy Accounting & Tax Staff

One of our clients, a Japanese Trading Company is currently seeking for an outstanding Accounting & Tax Officer to join their ever-growing team. In this role you will be in charge of doing not only the accounting role, but also from the financial reporting, as well as the taxation.  Main  Responsibilities:  

• Preparing tax payments.
• Estimating and tracking tax returns.
• Completing regular tax reports.
• Organize and update the company’s tax database.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
• Handling accounting transactions.
• Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
   

  Key Requirements:

• Have work experience as a tax accountant 2 – 5 years.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as accurate, Festa / SAP, Diva.
• Have knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in using Ms Word and Ms Excel.
• Have strong analytical skills and good time management.
• Have strong numeracy skills.
• Graduated majoring in Accounting / Finance / Taxation.
