Job description:
- Ensure the achievement of sales in and sell out
- Conduct business reviews & development with distributors
- Analyze regional development potential for increased distribution
- Review distributor invoices to ensure there are no arrears
- Create and submit local promotions in the area handled for business development
- Dealing with Pareto outlets and potential outlets to increase sales and distribution
- Search for and appoint good distributor candidates to carry out distribution collaboration
- Conduct training, direct and motivate sales supervisorsRequirement: 
- Experience from the FMCG/ Retail industry
- experience as a Regional Sales Manager at least 2 years, experience in the East Java region, especially Surabaya.
- Experience in handling distributors, especially expanding sales areas and handling new distributors
