To start their journey in Indonesia, they'd like to hire Sales Manager to join the great Team and help them expanding the business  Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and target key clients and market segments for processor sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.  Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or computer hardware industry.
Strong knowledge of processors, with a focus on Intel and AMD products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Salary
IDR 260,000,000 - 286,000,000 (Annual) (IDR)
