Job vacancy Corporate Banking Division Head

Our client is an Asian commercial banking company. As the Corporate Banking Division Head, you will be working directly under the business director, and will be overseeing the whole operation of the Corporate Banking Division.  Job Requirements:

• More than 18 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Proven pipeline of lending debtors in SME/Commercial/Corporate segment, with experience in managing a yearly target of IDR 2 trillion/year.
• Having a strategic mindset in the lending development area.
• Experience in managing 20 or more subordinates.
• Experience as an area manager and branch manager is highly preferred.

Job Description:

• Plan and implement local & syndicated corporate credit systems and procedures that will be used to improve the quality and quantity of credit provision.
• Developing a network of local & syndicated corporate debtors as an effort to grow the customer base.
• Coordinate with credit planning to determine credit strategies, credit distribution flow and local provisions for local & syndicated corporate credit.
• Provide suggestions for credit products development, in order to reach a larger market share and improve service quality in meeting debtor needs.
• Coordinate with the branch offices in processing a quality local and syndicated corporate credit proposals.
• Coordinate with the branch offices as an effort to achieve the determined credit growth.
• Ensuring a well-maintained business growth and managing all corporate banking activities in accordance to the risk management framework.
• Improving the skills and capabilities of the corporate banking & branch offices’ team in creating a comprehensive local & syndicated credit proposals in accordance to the applicable systems and procedures.
