Job vacancy Branch Manager - Banking

Our client is an Asian commercial banking company. They are currently hiring branch managers for their branches in Pondok Indah, Gading Serpong and Mangga Dua. The hired talent will be managing and overseeing the whole branch activities and improve the strategies to achieve the determined target. Job Requirements:

• Experience in SME/Corporate/Commercial lending for at least 8 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a lending team leader.
• Comprehensive in creating manual credit proposal.
• Good understanding of the banking operations flow.
• Experience in managing funding target in addition to lending target, is highly preferred.

 Job Description:

• Construct the business strategy, direct, manage and coordinate strategy preparation activities, work plans, improving the marketing team performance, business development and marketing personnel reconstruction.
• Coordinate with the business banking division in an effort to achieve the funding and lending target (according to the branch portfolio) through strategy implementation and marketing solutions.
