Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote 3PL services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the logistics industry.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in 3PL services, preferably in major Japanese logistics companies.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)** and English.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and market trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
