We are very disappointed with Okusi and have transferred our accounts etc to another company. The lack of efficiency has simply cost us money and undue stress. I wonder what the purpose of the well presented timeline is? Communication was amateurish with lack of responses to questions through email and forget about phoning...ridiculous!!! Gary dean should have stuck to music!!

I contact them to set up or buy one ready made shell PMA and may need advice. They reply : pay us before hand 165$ to call us 1 hour and will establish you a quote to allow further conversation.
