Position: Sales Manager Automotive

Job requirement:

• S1 equivalent or equivalent
• 5 years in direct selling or product marketing
• Interpersonal skills
• Selling skills
• Teamwork
• Time Management
• Communication & Negotiation skills
• Understanding of Automotive (car spare parts components)
• Understanding of Digitalization (E-commerce)
• Understanding of the characteristics of B2B consumers
• Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Able to communicate using passive English

Job description:

• Creating the right strategy for the Sales division
• Direct the Sales team in operational activities
• Achieve sales targets individually & team
• Create & maintain good relationships and always provide the best service to customers
• Make visits to new potential customers (workshops & shops)
• Provide reports to each sales member in daily operational activities
• Reimburses for operational activities related to the work given
• Using company assets in the form of uniforms, ID Cards and tablets as facilities/tools as self-identity and providing convenience in explanations to users
• Communicating, negotiating & investigating to users according to company targets
• Work together in a sales team to achieve the target given by the company
