Job vacancy Senior Marketing Staff Japanese Speaker (Finance Company)

A major Japanese Finance Group company is currently looking for an exceptional Senior Japanese-Speaking Marketing in order to expand their business for Japanese Companies in the Indonesian market. In this role you will be working collaboratively with the Japanese Desk Sales team in their head office in Jakarta.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 

• Developing Japanese related new customer in all over Java region
• Visiting Japanese related customer to maintaining relationship, handling financial transactions such as negotiation and presentation
• Communicate by email with Japanese related customer, make an appointment, handling the documents necessary for the contract (Japanese & English basis).
• Preparing quotation and proposal for sales activity
• Supporting the division to achieve monthly and yearly target.
• Reporting Daily Activity to the management (English Basis)​​​​​​​Preparing credit application and gathering necessary information related the application (Japanese and English)
• Manage new and existing customer account as well as the deals.
• Requesting and handling financial document related to financial transactions​​​​​​​.
• Reporting daily and monthly activity to HQ and internal management (Japanese and English)

 
Key Requirements:
 

• Min 2 years experiences same position / similiar position.
• Able to speak both Japanese (JLPT Min N3) and English (TOEIC 700).
• Experience in Banking or Leasing Company. Preferably from Japanese Companies.
• Familiar with Japanese business culture.
• Have a good relation and network is an advantage.
• Able to work with minimum supervision as well as in team.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to details, highly motivated person and positive attitude.
