Job vacancy Flavor Marketing Staff

Job Description: 

• Develop marketing plans in collaboration with sales team to support sales growth
• Regularly updating, gathering, analyzing, and summarizing market data and trends
• Initiate strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends
• Create and distribute Hasegawa newsletter per quarter
• Together with the sales team, visit and present to customers for marketing proposals
• Responsible for any marketing materials for any trade shows wherein the company participate
• Create marketing materials as requested by sales team
• Comply to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
• Reporting to Sales Director 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
• 3 + years of sales marketing related experience preferably in flavor house or ingredient company
• Extensive skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficiency in English is mandatory especially in giving presentation 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
